These beautiful girls are all Spring 2023 Graduates of Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. We captured their accomplishments as well as their fun personalities. This was such an incredible experience!

A peek into a few of my favorites from these early Summer (or Spring) senior picture sessions.
I have locations that I love, but am always willing to meet you wherever you want to go. These are pictures that will capture your true being, so being comfortable is key!

Often times, clients will book two sessions. One to capture the beautiful summer greenery, and one to capture the captivating colors of fall, along with their extra curricular activities.

They’re excelling in music, theater, and sports to name a few. You now consider them a good friend and have fallen into a deeper love with this person you’ve raised over the last 17+ years! Capture that personality. Hobbies, extra-curricular activities, clothing styles, etc. Freeze EVERYTHING within this moment.
Give them something to remember what brought them this far, as well as something to hold onto when they reach their mountain top!

1. Say Hello
This is where we get to know each other a little better.
Over the phone, you will share with me more specifically what you and your senior are envisioning for your session.
I will share with you more about the full experience, how the session will flow, and also provide you with investment information based on the type of session you are looking for.
Through this phone call, you will have your questions answered and feel comfortable about making your final decision.
2. the consultation
Once your session agreement and retainer have been received, your session is now booked on the calendar!
You can rely on me to answer any questions you may have regarding your session. Clothing guides, locations, posing tips, etc. You now have full access to everything I have been able to put together through many years of experience.
2. Schedule it
Once your session has been scheduled, I will then send out a Senior Consultation for your Senior to fill out.
It is imperative to me to get to know them better before the session. The consultation asks them specific questions about themselves such as interests, hobbies, and best features.
Knowing this information prior to the session helps me to strike up natural conversations with them - which in turn helps them to relax and show their true personalities.
4. Planning it
Session day is here!
You will have a detailed schedule of time, location, and everything on what to expect.
Relax, have fun, and soak up the memories!
P.S. - I often invite moms & dads in for one picture with their soon to be graduate.
4. Your Session
Within two weeks from your session, you will be invited to the studio to view your full gallery.
Here, we will go through each image and you will choose your favorites.
You will have my assistance in helping put together graduation announcements, wall prints, or even a full album showcasing your incredible senior portraits.

Jen was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process of my session. She communicated well and sent me expectations of the session on her end and explained thoroughly what I should expect during it. She was also very accommodating. Doing a maternity session was definitely out of my comfort zone but she did everything she could to be sure I was comfortable, she made the session so much fun!
