Alexis was so incredible to work with. She was expecting her second child, and her maternity session was scheduled at 33 weeks.
She was admittedly a little hesitant at first, since she had never done a maternity session before, but very quickly opened up to be an absolutely stunning model.

The Maternity Experience
Pregnancy is beautiful, and as your pregnant belly grows, you fall in love with that little human more and more each day. Just as no two people are alike, no two pregnancies are the same. You will want to remember this pregnancy and preserve those moments for a lifetime.
Not only will you appreciate the beautiful images of this miracle, but you will also have the privilege of sharing them with your child someday. Wouldn't it be absolutely incredible to open a beautiful album and show them the pictures of what you looked like while they were growing inside of you?

Let's get to know each other a little bit better! I know life gets busy, so I like to let you choose which method of contact is the easiest for your schedule. Emails, phone consultations, or in-person meetings are just some of the options you have! Whether you would like to talk or simply text, we will communicate however works best for you.

1. Say Hello
During the consultation, you will learn everything you need to know about the full experience! We will discuss your session needs, wardrobe style, and your families personality.
Any questions you have will be answered so you can be confident in your decision to book your maternity session with me.
You will also be provided with investment information, as well as what you can expect throughout the entire process.
2. we connect
Schedule your session on the calendar!
Once you have decided to book, you will pay a $200 retainer to secure your session date.
Once your client agreement and session retainer has been received, your session is booked on my calendar!
Maternity sessions are best when done between 28-34 weeks. Your bump will be beautiful, and you will still be able to move and pose comfortably.
I recommend scheduling your maternity session around 20 weeks to ensure that you will have room on my schedule.
3. Schedule it
Prior to your session, you will have the opportunity to view the collection of Studio Gowns that are available for you to wear during your session.
We will determine a location (studio or other), and I will help you select your gowns based on your skin type, hair color, etc. If you choose to add-on professional hair & make-up services, we will connect with that artist as well!
4. Planning it
You will be fully prepared on what to expect during your session, and your session day will be a relaxed and comfortable experience for you.
You can expect to spend up to an hour with me for your session. If siblings and partners are going to be included, it may last longer (which is OK!)
** If you choose to add the Professional Hair & Make-up package to your session, please allow for an additional hour. Your family can arrive on the scheduled session time.
5. Your Session
This is often the most EXCITING part of the entire experience!
Within 2 weeks of your session, you will receive your personal gallery link! Here, you will see your gorgeous images for the first time.
If needed, you will have my help and expertise to determine which images are perfect for your walls or help to design a beautiful heirloom album for you to relive these beautiful moments!
6. Gallery reveal & Ordering
There is nothing that holds onto a memory as long as a photograph, which makes these moments priceless.
Oftentimes, a photograph is the only tangible thing to take with us throughout the years.
You only buy what you love. And what better way than to gift these heirlooms to the generations to come.
Easy payment plans are also available.

1) Jennifer is very professional and made the sessions feel very relaxed. It can be stressful getting out the door with a newborn or getting a large family ready and cooperating for family pictures; but Jennifer made everyone feel relaxed and the sessions were fun!
2) The images she captures are stunning! I was confident we would have pictures we would love when we booked with her.
3) She was flexible with rescheduling when my toddler had hand foot and mouth when we were supposed to have family pictures taken.

Jen was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process of my session. She communicated well and sent me expectations of the session on her end and explained thoroughly what I should expect during it. She was also very accommodating. Doing a maternity session was definitely out of my comfort zone but she did everything she could to be sure I was comfortable, she made the session so much fun!
